Undeniably the prettiest Disney scene ever. I cannot tell you how much I love this part of the movie. The feelings it gives me brings me back to my childhood.
+StoryCorps is amazing. People’s lives are just so fascinating. I’ve been going through each video and they all make me laugh and cry. This one in particular is like a romance movie, the saddest and happiest one you could ever watch. I would love to have a story of mine on StoryCorps, one day.
+Never too late
Today at work, I had a 9 - 3 shift, so I had to cover some of breakfast. We have these regulars, these 2 older gentlemen who always come in on Saturdays for breakfast. When one of them came back for a coffee refill he asked me how my break was going and whatnot. Of course I responded and asked him how his was. He told me it was “exciting,” he and the other gentleman got married on December 16th! YAY! I’m so happy for them! Then he said, “Well, after 46 years together, I thought it was about time!” I responded with “Well, it’s never too late!” He laughed and told me that they weren’t getting any younger hahah. They’re the cutest couple and they drive the nicest Subaru… :)
I love being in a country that supports same sex marriage. Not that a law against it stops anyone from loving, but to be able to have it official and on paper, beautiful.
+Omg am I slow or something?
I’m re-watching The O.C from the beginning and I’m on episode 2. The scene between Ryan and Marissa in the model house when they’re starting to confess that they have feelings for one another, Hallelujah is playing the background. Coincidentally, well most likely not, Hallelujah is playing in the background when Marissa dies. It all comes full circle :(
I love this show.
+Michael Alvarado and Carissa Rae’s engagement.
Can I just say, that I’m in the library right now and I was on the verge of tears. I am such a sap for love. Congratulations to the both of you! Yay for love :)
